In the meeting of 52 newly elected MPs, Rajya Sabha members and general secretaries of the Congress on Saturday, Sonia Gandhi was elected the leader of the party’s parliamentary board for the fourth time. Sonia has consistently been in this post since 2004. Sonia thanked 12 crore voters for convincing Congress Sonia said that the party is firm in front of the existing challenges and will get up again. We will fight for public rights both in the road and parliament. Addressing a meeting of the Congress Parliamentary board, Sonia said, “This is a time of unprecedented crisis for us, but there are also unprecedented opportunities in it.” Now it is up to us that we take it with humility and self-confidence. Needs to learn the right lessons from defeat. The people of the country expect us to accept honorable mandate and improve ourselves. We know what challenges we face? we will return. We will not lose our courage. We will keep reminding the government about its promises.
