Raipur. Special Judge BP Verma of Ambikapur District Sarguja has accepted libel under section 156 (3) against 10 directors, seven operators and three star campaigners of chitfund company Anmol India. Judge BP Verma has passed the order of Ambikapur police station in-charge to investigate the case and submit the final report at the earliest. This order was passed on May 30, 2019. This matter has come to the headlines that star campaigners of Chitfund company Anmol India include former MP Abhishek Singh, son of former Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh, Mayor of Rajnandgaon Madhusudan Yadav and BJP leader Naresh Daklia. Applicant Premsagar Gupta says that he had invested Rs 98876 in Anmol India Company. The company did not return the amount and locked the lock in the office. The information was given to the concerned police station and the police superintendent of Ambikapur but no action was taken. After this, Premasagar Gupta filed a libel under the Section 156 (3) of the Special Judge (Protection of Interest of Chog Nationes.) BP Verma.
